Accessing Event Details
Go to the Admin Panel.
Click on Events in the left-hand menu.
Select the specific event you want to view.
From here, you’ll be able to access all relevant details and tools related to the event.
What You Can Do on the Event Details Page
Edit Event Information: Make updates to the event name, description, date, location, and other key details.
View Registrations: See all individuals who have registered for the event.
Check Ticket Types: Review available ticket categories and how many have been sold for each.
Add Registrations Manually: Easily register new participants from the backend.
Export Data: Download exports of registrants and payment information in CSV format.
Track Check-ins: See which contacts have checked in and who hasn’t.
Customize Visible Columns
In the Columns section of the event page, you can now customize what information is shown, similar to the Contacts page.
You can:
Enable fields like Email, Phone Number, Notes, and more.
View participant details at a glance, without needing to export the data.
This flexibility makes it easier to manage your event and communicate with attendees quickly.
Additional Actions
From the event detail page, you can also:
Navigate to the At-the-Door check-in module.
View the public Event Page.
Unpublish the event if you no longer want it visible to your audience.
