By sending debt reminder emails regularly, you can easily increase your revenues while getting rid of extra work hours. In order to send these debt reminder emails:
Filter & Segment Your Members
You can quickly filter your members in the system so that you can keep in touch with those who are in debt or are getting out of debt. Read the article to find out how to do it more clearly!
Create New Email
Go to your Admin Panel and then click the Messages section. Now all you have to do is click "+New Messages.โ, then select Email
Set Up the Email
You are in the first step of email creation. Select your recipients from the Select Recipients section, "Members with Debt". Add a subject to your email and click Write Message which is colored blue to move to the next step.
Design the Email with Custom Info
In the Write message, step you can create the content of your email.First of all, drag & drop text then click on the AddCustomField button and select the First Name, Last Name, & Balance shortcodes.
You can drag and drop the Make Payment button to the email, which gives you the opportunity for your members to pay with one click.
Send the Email
After you've put your email together, you can click the Save & Continue button.
If everything is fine, you can click Send email to send it right away, or you can send a test email to yourself by clicking the Send a test email button.
