Do you want to change the copy in the email when someone signs up for your account or registers for your event? It's easy to customize these system emails/messages on our platform.
Automated Emails/Messages
If you are using the Email app (previous version):
Navigate to Admin > Emails > Automated where you can find the list of automated emails. You can edit the default templates' from here.
If you are using the Messages app (new version):
Navigate to Admin > Messages > Automated where you can find the list of automated emails. You can edit the default templates' from here.
Do you want to create new templates from scratch? Simply go to your email templates or message templates (depending on the version you are using) page and create a new one.
Use Short-Codes
You can use these dynamic fields in all of your email templates:

For your customized templates, you can use the following short codes depending on the context:

Please note that it is not possible to remove the shortcodes above and the email parts including these codes from the email templates.
