If your organization runs weekly classes or regular sessions, your members can now view them in a weekly timetable. Each class appears on its day and time, together with its room and instructor, so members can see the whole week at a glance instead of scrolling through an event list.
Where members find the timetable
Members open the events area in the member portal and switch to the weekly timetable view. Each class sits in its day and time slot, showing the room and the instructor, following your organization's time format. Members can move between weeks to plan ahead.
Filtering by instructor
Members can filter the timetable by instructor to see only that instructor's sessions for the week. This is especially useful for organizations with several instructors teaching in parallel, such as dance schools, fitness studios, and training providers.
The timetable on your own website
The weekly timetable is also available in the events embed, so visitors browsing your own website can see the week's classes without logging in to Raklet.
Setting up your classes
The timetable is built from your events. Create your classes as recurring events with the right day and time, and each occurrence will appear in its slot on the timetable automatically. The room and instructor shown on the timetable come from the class's event details.
Things to Know
Times on the timetable follow your organization's time format setting.
The instructor filter shows only the sessions taught by the selected instructor; clearing it brings back the full week.
One-off events also appear on the timetable in the week they take place.
If a week has no sessions, the timetable simply shows an empty week; members can browse to other weeks.
