We know that an admin's job is challenging and exhausting. So, we want to tell you about a new feature we've added to make your lives easier.

You can change your email notification settings according to your needs.

The first thing you need to do is log in to your Raklet account and then click on Profile Settings.

Here you will see three different types of emails.

Engagement report emails include the Weekly summary. You can see how many contacts you have and how many contacts are new.

Also, you can see how many people have login to the Portal and the messages they have sent.

If you want to receive this email,

You can select the “Weekly” option.

If you don’t want to receive this email,

You can select the “Disable” option to turn off these newsletter email notifications.

Approval is required when someone creates a post.

If you want to receive notification of this as an admin, you can choose the “Enable” option.

If you do not want to receive it, you can choose the “Disable” option.

If you automatically approve applications from your organization's settings, you will accept this contact as a member automatically.

If you want to receive auto-approved email notifications, you can select the “Enable” option.

If you think there is no need to get a notification for auto-approved applications, the “Disable” option will be more suitable for you.

After you've changed it to fit your own needs and wants, all you have to do is save!
