1. Go to Contacts section in the left column in the admin panel. On this page, you can list all your contacts in your account. Let’s suppose that you need a tag which groups your active members. All you have to do is to filter your active members via your filter tool at your left and then click Tag.

Creating Tags, go to Contacts, pick the contacts you'd like and then click Tag

2. You have two options. You can include your active members into an existing tag or create a new one.

3. When you want to add a specific member to an existing tag, you have a very practical way to do it. Just write down his/her name at the search box at the upper right corner. You will be oriented to the Fast Access page where you can see the basic data related to your member.

If you want to add a specific member to a Tag, search for their name

Just click Add in the Tag section and select the related tag from the existing tags list.

After clicking on their name, go to the Tag section and click Add
Make sure to select the tag and then hit save
