How to Customize the Digital Membership Cards?

You can easily customize your digital membership cards on your Raklet account and make it unique to your organization.

Once you create your Raklet account, you can then personalize your membership card. All you need to do is go to Memberships > Settings > Digital Card.

You can fill in all the recommended fields (logo, logo text, colors) and save the changes.

Colors are set from digital cards, but we have also allowed you to update colors on a per-plan basis, enabling you to create different colors for each plan. In newly created plans, there is an option to select a color, and since a color is chosen when creating the plan, that color is displayed specifically for that plan. Changing colors from digital cards will not affect that plan. It will only affect plans where colors have not been selected.

To customize the colors for your membership plans, you can go to Membership > Plans and choose the specific plan and edit it to update the colors.

If you enable the toggle for "The colors of the digital card in the plan should be inherited from the default colors in the digital card settings?", then you'll have the default colors that were set up from Digital Card settings.

Otherwise, you can choose your own colors for the specific membership plan.

Choose Which Fields Appear on the Card

Beyond the logo and colors, you can control which information appears in each slot on the digital membership card, so it shows the details that matter most to your organization.

Go to Memberships > Settings > Digital Card. For each slot on the card, use the dropdown to select the field you want to display (for example: member name, membership plan, member since date, expiry date, or a custom field), then save your changes.

Because you decide what fills each slot, you can tailor the card to your organization's specific needs; surfacing the details that are most useful for check-ins and member benefits, and giving members a card that reflects your community.
