How to Add Speakers and an Agenda to Your Event on Raklet?

Showcase who is speaking at your event and share a session-by-session program. Add speakers with photos, build an agenda, and copy the program from a previous event.

You can now showcase who is speaking at your event and share a session-by-session program with your participants. Speakers and Agenda are part of the event creation form, so you can add them while creating a new event or editing an existing one.

Add speakers to your event

Go to Events in your admin panel and create a new event or edit an existing one. In the event form, find the Speakers section.

For each speaker you can add:

  • Name and title: how the speaker will be introduced on the event page.

  • Photo: uploaded photos are automatically cropped to a square, so they look consistent on the event page.

  • Member link: if the speaker is a member of your organization, you can link their member profile.

  • Website: an optional link to the speaker's website or social profile.

Build the event agenda

In the Agenda section of the same form, add a row for each session. For every row you can set the time, the session title, and assign one or more of your speakers to it. Rows are shown to participants in the order you add them.

Copy the speakers & program from another event

If you run similar events, you don't need to rebuild the program every time. Use the option to copy speakers and the agenda from another event, pick the event to copy from, and the full program will be brought into your new event. You can then adjust it as needed.

For recurring events, the speakers and agenda are automatically carried over to every occurrence.

Program appearance to participants

On the public event page, participants see speaker cards with photos, titles, and links, along with an agenda table showing the sessions in order. This gives your participants a clear picture of what to expect before they register.

Things to Know

  • Speakers and the agenda are optional. If you leave them empty, these sections simply don't appear on the event page.

  • Speaker photos are cropped to a square automatically, so portrait-style photos work best.

  • When you copy an event, its speakers and agenda are copied along with it.
