The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open the Admin Panel. It is built around one question: what needs you today? Tasks come first, then a summary of your numbers, and then the detail; recent activity, membership, events and setup, so you can act before you dig.
What Needs You Today
The page opens with a greeting that counts what is waiting, for example "Good morning, (Your Name). 3 things need you today.", followed by up to three task cards. Each card names the task, explains why it matters and links straight to the place where you handle it:
Review X applications → membership applications waiting for approval. Start reviewing opens the Applications list.
X members are past due → members with overdue payments and the total outstanding. See who opens Contacts, already filtered to that segment.
Complete missing contact details → how many email, phone or address entries are empty. See contacts opens the filtered list.
Activate your payment account → shown when you have a membership plan but no way to collect its fees online yet.
A setup item was rejected → shown when a payment-setup document needs to be resubmitted.
Invite your contacts to log in → suggested when nobody has signed in yet.
Handled a task, or want it out of the way for now? Click X on the top right of card. It stays hidden for the rest of the day and comes back tomorrow if it still applies.
What Do You See?
A row of tiles summarises where your organisation stands:
Collected → payments collected in the period you pick: Today, This Week, This Month or This Year.
Contacts → everyone in your database.
Active members → members with an active subscription, out of all members.
Applications → waiting for approval.
Logins → over the last 7 days.
Missing info → email, phone or address entries that are empty. This counts entries, not contacts, so one contact missing both a phone and an address counts twice.
Full reports takes you to the Reports section for the detail behind these numbers.
Membership and Recent Payments
The Membership card shows how many members have a subscription and a bar splitting them into Active, Past due and Other. Under it you see the last 30 days (New, Canceled, Resigned), active members' invoices (Total, Paid, Unpaid) and the sum of plan fees. Membership dashboard opens the full membership reports.
Recent payments lists the latest payments so you can see money coming in without opening the Payments section.
What Happened
Recent activity is written as plain sentences and grouped by day: Today, Yesterday, Earlier. For example:
Jane Doe made a payment.
John Smith applied for membership and is waiting for approval.
Alex Lee registered for an event.
Repeated actions are rolled up into one line, 12 logins, 8 members opened an email, so a busy day does not turn into a wall of rows. Click a rolled-up line to open Action Logs filtered to those entries, or All activity for the full log.
Events, Setup Guide and Messages
The right-hand column keeps three things one glance away:
Events → your upcoming events with their date, how many people have registered and whether each is published. All events opens the Events section; if you have none scheduled there is a shortcut to create one.
Setup guide → how far your setup is (for example 80% done) and only the steps still open. Click Show N completed to see what is already done.
Messages & Mobile App → your last sent email, your last SMS and your mobile app status, each linking to its section.
On Different Screens
The dashboard uses the full width of a large monitor. On a tablet the right column becomes a two-up grid under the main content, and on a phone everything stacks into a single column with the task cards scrolling sideways and At a glance shown two tiles per row.
Things to Know
What you see depends on your role. Admins without report access do not see the Collected tile, and admins without membership dashboard access do not see the Active members tile, the membership bar or the past-due task.
Task cards appear only when there is something to do. If everything is in order, the greeting simply says "Nothing needs you today."
The dashboard is available in every language your Admin Panel supports; the greeting, tasks and activity sentences are translated.
