To scan digital membership cards, admins must:
Download and install the Raklet mobile app (or your organization’s customized mobile app)
Log in with your admin account
Allow camera access on their mobile device
Ensure the member has an active membership
Scanning digital membership cards is currently supported via the mobile app only.
How to Scan a Digital Membership Card?
Open the Mobile App
Launch the Raklet mobile app (or your customized app) and log in as an admin.Go to the Administrator Panel
Navigate to the relevant event or membership check-in section.
Tap “Scan QR Code”
This will activate your phone’s camera. Ask the member to show their digital membership card on their phone (or a printed version).

The system will automatically verify the membership:✅ Active membership → Check-in allowed
❌ Inactive or unpaid membership → Check-in blocked
How Digital Membership Cards Work?
Membership cards are dynamic
The QR code always points to a live check-in page
Any updates to subscription status, payments, or expiration dates
are reflected instantly
The QR code itself does not change, but the membership status does.
Common Issues & Tips
If the check-in button is disabled, the member may not have an active or paid subscription.
Offline payments must be manually recorded by an admin to activate access.
Make sure the mobile app has camera permissions enabled.
No need to reissue or refresh membership cards after changes.
How Admins Can Track Check-Ins?
Admins can monitor and review all event check-ins and membership check-ins directly from the Admin Panel.
To view check-in activity:
Use the filters to select:
Event Check-In Logs, or
Membership Check-In Logs
Review the full check-in list, including:
Member name
Date and time of check-in
Related event or membership
