Deletion Policy for Inactive Accounts

Free Raklet accounts (free plans) that have been inactive for at least 1 year (365 days) will begin the deletion process.

Updated over a week ago

When this happens, you will receive a series of reminder emails:

  • 21 days before deletion (initial notice)

  • 7 days before deletion (reminder)

  • 2 days before deletion (final warning)

  • Final: Account deleted, then confirmation email sent

If you don’t log in during this period, your account will be automatically deleted. After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

What does this mean for you?

You won’t be impacted by these changes unless you are on a free plan and have been inactive for at least 1 year (365 days).

How do we detect activity?

We look at your last login date. If you haven’t logged in during the past 365 days, your account is considered inactive.

Want to export your data?

Before your account is deleted, you will receive email notifications giving you time to log in and save your data.

You can sign in at any time during the notice period to:

  • Export your data

  • Inform your stakeholders

  • Keep your account active by logging in

Logging in will immediately mark your account as active again.

Don’t need your account or your data?

If you no longer need your Raklet account and don’t want to save any data (such as members, events, or payments), you don’t need to take any action.

We’ll automatically close your account and permanently delete all of your data. Once deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your Raklet account.

  • No one (including Raklet staff) will be able to recover your old data.
