You may be tired of the constant emails about information, events, or participation. We understand you. That's why we offer the unsubscribe feature for your use.

What you need to do is actually simple.

Open one of the emails sent from Raklet by your organization.

You will then see an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Clicking this will send you to the Raklet Platform.

If your email address is not added to the page that comes up, you need to enter your e-mail address and then click the unsubscribe button.

That's it, you will no longer receive emails.

Admins see the unsubscribed members listed by going to Settings from the Messages section and remove them from the list if they want their members to start getting emails again.
