Warning: If you see the Message Module section on your platform, it means that you are using the new version of the platform. You need to check the How to Create an Email Template in the Message Module article.
If you want to switch to the new platform, you can look at the How to Switch from the Email Module to the Messages Module article.
Go to Email section in the left column in the admin panel and click Templates in the page. When you click +Create New Template button, you will be oriented to the page where you can compose your template.
2. After having decided to the subject of your template, click Design button for the second step of the process.

3. You can choose the parts that will be included in your template by clicking +Add
βPart button on the left side.
4. In order to add photo or file to your template, just click the related part and Select file button in the following window.
5. For the text part, click the related part again and write down the content of your template. In order to send personalized e-mail, just click to Add Custom Info button and chose First Name, Last Name.
6. After having organized all the parts, click Save button. Your template is ready to be
used in case of need.
