1. Go to Email section in the left column in the admin panel and click Templates in the page. When you click +Create New Template button, you will be oriented to the page where you can compose your template.

To create an Email template, go to the Email section and click Templates, then click Create new template

2. After having decided to the subject of your template, click Design button for the second step of the process.

3. You can choose the parts that will be included in your template by clicking +Add
Part button on the left side.

You can further add parts to your template with Add Part

4. In order to add photo or file to your template, just click the related part and Select file button in the following window.

To add a photo to the email template, click on the designated part and Select File

5. For the text part, click the related part again and write down the content of your template. In order to send personalized e-mail, just click to Add Custom Info button and chose First Name, Last Name.

6. After having organized all the parts, click Save button. Your template is ready to be
used in case of need.
