Welcome to Raklet! It's great to have you here. Once you create your account you can start using our features to thrive your community and grow. Let's start!

First step is to create you Raklet account if you haven't already. Remember, free accounts are free forever unless you upgrade them and you can use all the tools in our AppStore with them.

Once you click on "New Organization" the system will ask you for an email, an organization name, and a permalink. organization name can be the full name of your organization. A permalink is what comes after raklet.com/ in your URL. We recommend short permalinks to keep your URL short and simple.

Raklet onboarding screen will offer you all the features we have on our AppStore. You can enable as much as you want. All of them are available in all plans including the free plan.

Remember that you can disable and enable apps after you create your account as well.

You succesfully created your account! The next steps are to set it up so you can start using the features we have.

Once you crated an account you need to complete 3 more short steps to finish setting up your account.

Please don't forget to check you spam box if you can't find the confirmation email and mark our mails as "not a spam" so we can reach you out in the future.

We already set up a permalink in this guide but incase you haven't or if you want to change it, you can do so from admin panel settings.

You can also add your own custom domain name.

In order to start using your account you need contacts and you need to prove your legal entity.

To import your contacts you can read our article on tips and trick of data import or you can add your contacts manually.

The legal entity documents are any type of official document that proves that your organization is legal and active; and you are responsable of the organization.

Once you upload your documents, your account will be activated in 24 hours.
