How to Manage Pending Applications and Credit Card Details?

To make the application process smoother and help you convert more applicants into active members, we’ve introduced new improvements

  1. You can now see whether applicants entered their credit card details during the application process.

  2. The system will automatically follow up with pending applications to encourage completion.

Viewing Credit Card Details

On the Applications page, each applicant now has an indicator showing if they provided credit card details:

  • Yes → Card details entered

  • No → Card details not entered

This information is also available in the export file for easier reporting and analysis.

👉 With this visibility, admins can quickly identify applicants who haven’t entered card details and follow up to help them complete their application.


Automatic Follow-Up for Pending Applications

Pending applications often happen when:

  • Payment fails, or

  • No payment attempt is made.

To improve conversion rates, the system will now:

  • Send automatic follow-up emails at 24 hours and 72 hours after an application becomes pending.

  • Use default email templates (created by us) that admins can fully customize to match their organization’s tone and style. You can find them under Messages > Automated > Event & Reminder Templates.

  • Help organizations re-engage applicants and recover incomplete applications.
