Assigning Member Numbers Manually

  1. Go to the member's profile from the Contacts section.

  2. Edit the contact information.

  3. In the Member No field, enter the desired member number in the format M-000XXX (e.g., M-000001, M-000002).

  4. Save your changes.

Once you assign a number manually using this format, the platform will automatically follow the same pattern and increment member numbers for future members.

Importing Member Numbers in Bulk

If you need to assign or update member numbers in bulk, you can use the Import Contacts feature:

  1. Prepare your Excel sheet with the following columns:

    • Raklet ID (for updating existing contacts)

    • Member No

  2. Format the member numbers as M-000XXX in the Member No column.

  3. Go to Contacts > Import Contacts.

  4. Upload your file and map the columns correctly.

  5. Confirm the import.

When assigning member numbers manually, if you generate one, the system gives a very long string of characters. To avoid this, we advise you to format the member numbers as M-000XXX, so he system will update the member numbers accordingly without generating long random strings.

If you're updating existing contacts, always include the Raklet ID or current member number to avoid creating duplicate contacts.
