Your members can apply for membership and you can easily approve their applications in your Raklet account. It's totally your decision to ask your members for registration and subscription fee at the application moment. 

If you ask your members for their credit card info while the application process, you have the possibility of taking the registration and subscription fee while approving the memberships. Once you approve the application, the related fee will be withdrawn from the registered credit card.
