How to Activate and Use Chat Messaging on Raklet

Raklet offers a powerful chat messaging feature that allows both members and admins to communicate privately.

By following these straightforward steps, both admins and members can activate and use the chat messaging feature on Raklet.

Activating Chat Messaging for Admins

Admins play a key role in enabling chat messaging within your Raklet community.

Here's how to activate it:

Log in to your Raklet account and access the dashboard. After that, you need to go with My Profile > Settings

Within your profile settings, navigate to the "Messaging" section. Activate the "Private Message" section under the messaging feature.

Activating Chat Messaging for Members

For members to engage in private chat conversations, they must follow these steps to activate the feature:

Log in to their Raklet account. Top of the corner, they see their own profile and need to click β€œSetting”.

In the settings menu, select "Notifications." Find the option that says "Receive Private Messages from Other Members" and make sure it is activated. This step is essential for enabling chat messaging.

Using Chat Messaging as a Member

Once members have activated chat messaging, they can effortlessly connect with each other via private chat.

To start a conversation, click on the message item. After going into the chat section, click the β€œSend New Message” button.

A chat window will appear, allowing members to start their private conversation.
