Raklet does not have the survey option yet, but what we have while we are building it is the option to embed forms from other tools. Here's how:
Create Your Form
Create your form on the desired software - from Jotform, Google Forms, Typeform, or any other form builder.
We are going to use Google Forms in this example. After you create the form, you will need to copy the embed code.
Create a Page/Post
Create a page or post on Raklet. Both of these options allow you to embed forms.
Enable HTML Coder
Enable the HTML coder and paste the embed code. It will look like this when you are done.
Once you close the HTML coder, the page will give you a preview of the form.
Navigate to the Page/Post
Add your post or page to the navigation and you are ready to go!

Embed Links to Other Content
You can follow the same path, get the embed links, and add videos or podcasts to pages/posts as well.
