If you subscribed to Raklet before 2022 and you want to request a refund for your members for their payments, you will have to contact our support team from the chat or at our “[email protected]” email address by stating the reason for your refund request.
You may request a refund through the Raklet support team within 30 days from your date of purchase. We process the refund for you and usually refunds take up to 5-10 business days to be completed.
After the refund is processed, please make sure that you remove the payment record from your account so that you have healthy payment reports, because they are not automatically marked as refunded. If this is an event ticket, you can remove the ticket from the event. If this is a subscription payment, you can go to the member profile, find the related payment (also the invoice if necessary), and delete it.
If you are subscribed to Raklet after v 2022, you can make the refund directly from Stripe. You can refer to Stripe support for details, but you'll still need to delete the payment record.
