If you are subscribed to Raklet after v 2022, you can make the refund directly from Raklet.
After the refund is processed, please make sure that you remove the invoice record from your account so that you have healthy payment reports, because they are not automatically deleted.
If this is an event ticket, you can remove the ticket from the event. Currently, this process is only available with subscription payments.
If this is a subscription payment, you can go to the member profile, find the related payment and refund it from the red arrow, and also find the invoice if necessary, and delete it.
Confirm that you'd like to refund this payment.
Once the refund is successful, the payment is labeled as "Refunded".
You can then review the refunds from Reports > Refunds.
If you subscribed to Raklet before 2022 and you want to request a refund for your members for their payments, you will have to contact our support team via chat or at our β[email protected]β email address by stating the reason for your refund request.
You may request a refund through the Raklet support team within 30 days from your date of purchase. We process the refund for you, and usually, refunds take up to 5-10 business days to be completed.
