You can decide on your member’s type from their member profile. You can use this feature to define your members.

Here is a short video on how to change the user type fields:

Step 1. Go to Contacts.

Step 2. Search the member’s name you want to change their user type.

Step 3. Go to Membership.

Step 4. Under the membership, click on Type.

Step 5. You’ll see different user types, choose Employee.

Step 6. Update the changes and you’ve successfully updated the contact.
