You can integrate Raklet and Zoom to sell tickets to your meetings and webinars. Your members can become members and register for your events on Raklet.
Once they register, Raklet will keep track of them as registrants and update check-in information when they join your meetings.
You can tag participants who showed up vs. did not show up and customize your communication accordingly.
Installation
Firstly, you should create an account in Raklet
If you haven't already, then create an account on Raklet by signing up here.
You can install the Zoom App from Raklet AppStore by following these instructions.
Usage
The integration between Zoom and Raklet leverages a feature on Zoom called webhooks.
Zoom sends a notification to Raklet servers whenever someone joins your events so that we can track your participants. Once they join, they are marked as checked-in on your Raklet events page. Let's see how this would work with the screenshots below:
β
Require Password
Create your events on Zoom as usual and make sure to choose to require password on your event settings.
Invite URL
Then, copy the invite URL which is usually in the following format:
βhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/88557677005?pwd=bkhSSkxuaDBDSXNUd1pidG1ScURyZz09
You can now include this link as your online event URL on Raklet.
β
Create Tickets
Once your event is created, you can now create tickets for members only so that anonymous users cannot sign up for your events.
When they register, they'll see the special link on the screen. A copy of their registration is also sent to their email inbox.
Check-In Info
When they join the event, their check-in info will be set to True so that you can see the people who actually joined your online events.
We also register anyone who joined your events so that you can see if anyone shared the special link with the password with others.
Uninstallation
To uninstall the connection between Raklet and Zoom, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
Step 2 - Click 'Manage' > 'Installed Apps' or search for the Membership app
Step 3 - Click the Uninstall button in the Raklet App Row.
