The sheets that you export through your Raklet account are in CSV format. So, depending on the format of your Excel, you may need an additional step: Splitting text to columns.
In order to split the text to columns, select the first column and click on the related button on Excel; and then chose the ponctuation mark which separate the data.
If you are having trouble with values not correctly displaying in your file when splitting your file into columns, please use this formula =SPLIT(A2,";", false,false) so that Google Sheets can split values correctly even if the values are empty.
