Data & Subscription Imports

We offer several ways to handle data and subscription imports, depending on your needs and the complexity of your setup.

Historical Data Imports

Please note that historical data imports are a paid service. When importing subscriptions, there are a few important points to keep in mind:

  • During subscription import, you can choose a subscription start date and a payment start date.

  • For data consistency, we recommend starting subscription imports from one previous billing period using data import.

Import Options

In most cases, you can handle the import yourself using Raklet’s available tools. This is the default and recommended approach for teams that want to manage their own data. You have other options for importing your data:

  1. Using the API
    You can import subscriptions and related data via our API if you have a technical team available.

  2. Handled by Raklet (Setup Fee)
    You can ask our team to manage the import for you. This is offered as a one-time setup service, typically priced between $400–$800, depending on the complexity of your requirements.
