How to Track Deleted Contact Information

Learn how pending deletions and profile reactivation now work.

When members delete their accounts from Settings → Privacy, they’re logged out instantly, and their status changes to “Pending Deletion.” Admins can later restore access by switching them back to “Active.”

Steps:

  1. Members go to Profile → Edit → Privacy → Delete My Account.

  2. Their profile status becomes Pending Deletion and they’re logged out.

  3. Admins can go to Admin Panel → Contacts → Edit Profile and change the status back to Active.

Why is this valuable?

  • For Admins: Better visibility into deleted profiles and control over recovery.

  • For Members: Transparent and secure deletion process.

Admin notifications

To ensure admins stay informed, an automatic notification email is sent to the organization’s support email address whenever a member takes this action.

This allows your team to quickly review and follow up when needed.

The support email address can be viewed and updated at any time from Admin Panel → Settings → General → Contact Info, giving you full control over where these notifications are delivered.
