How to Filter Contacts in Your Raklet Account

You might be keeping custom data related to your contacts and willing to filter them easily according to your needs.

In the Contacts section, you can see all your contacts in your account. You will see a filter tool next to the contact numbers. All you have to do is define your criteria and list your contacts on the page. Let’s suppose that you want to list your corporate companies. Under Contacts, click Filter and then find the Membership - Type and choose Company.

You can decide on the data that you want to see on this page by checking the boxes at the upper right corner of the page. After having filtered your contacts, you can tag or export them easily.

While exporting, you have two possibilities. You can export your contacts with the columns that you choose by checking the boxes above or with all their data in the system.

Finding Contacts With or Without Tags

Tag-based emails and segments only reach contacts that carry a tag. To find the contacts that have slipped through untagged, or to list everyone who has at least one tag, use the tag operators in the filter:

  1. Under Contacts, click Filter and choose the Tags field.

  2. Pick the operator is unknown to list contacts that have no tag at all, or has any value to list contacts with at least one tag. You do not need to select a specific tag for either option.

  3. Apply the filter. You can then tag the untagged contacts in bulk, export them, or save the filter as a segment for a clean-up campaign.
