Raklet is hosted on Microsoft Azure (West Europe) and uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our email infrastructure. We also use Elastic Cloud (ElasticSearch) for CRM-related search and indexing capabilities. While Raklet as a company does not currently hold its own ISO certification, all of our infrastructure partners are fully certified and compliant with global standards:

2. Service Levels and Incident Response
We maintain a 99.9% uptime for the Raklet platform, monitored continuously via multiple external systems. Our incident response times are as follows:
Critical incidents: response within 1 hour, resolution typically within 4β8 hours
High-priority issues: response within 4 hours, resolution within 1 business day
Standard issues: resolution within 1β2 business days
We also offer premium support packages with stricter SLAs, if needed.
3. Certifications for Personal Data Protection
Raklet is fully GDPR compliant and follows strict internal policies and best practices around the collection, storage, and processing of personal data. While we do not yet hold a standalone data protection certification like SOC 2 or ISO 27701, our infrastructure and practices are modeled closely on those frameworks.
We provide full data portability and deletion tools, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
